Ballydugan Mill is a beautifully restored 18th Century Flour Mill, just outside Downpatrick, full of unique charm and character.

Or, if you are just looking for some time away, then come to stay with us and enjoy the classic comfort provided by our 22 en-suite bedrooms in the Mill itself, or avail of the recently restored rooms in the Granary across the courtyard. Follow this up with a freshly-cooked breakfast in the restaurant the following morning.

A fully-restored and converted 18th century flour mill, The Mill at Ballydugan is the perfect venue for your wedding day. Hosting only one wedding per day, ensuring complete privacy for your party, the Mill is licensed to hold both wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships.
We cater for small, intimate parties in the Lake Suite, up to 130 guests in the Lecale restaurant, whilst for larger parties, a marquee can be arranged. The Bride and Groom will be welcomed with a red carpet on arrival, should you choose to host your wedding ceremony in the Mill, or simply your afternoon and evening reception.
We serve the finest local cusine and international dishes, and will work with you to to create the perfect meal for you and your guests.
