Tullyveery House is an exclusive and intimate wedding and private events venue nestled in the rolling drumlins of County Down, convenient to Belfast. The family-owned Georgian House and Victorian courtyard area surrounded by mature private grounds and gardens provide a stunning rural backdrop.
With exclusively one wedding per day and a range of options for your ceremony and/or reception both indoors and outdoors, Tullyveery offers you more than other venues.
Full of heritage and charm there is one smaller indoor location in the Georgian house, two larger indoor options in the Courtyard Rooms and four outdoor lawn and garden choices for your wedding ceremony. This permits the switching of an outdoor choice to indoors, in the event of inclement weather, at relatively short notice.
There is an absolute guarantee that no other event will take place on your chosen day so you can rest assured our first class event facilities and expansive grounds are devoted to you and your guests.
Adjacent free car parking provides easy access with overnight parking permitted for your guests to allow you and your guests to relax and celebrate.
Unlike other venues Tullyveery offers a very different experience to the traditional hotel wedding or package reception. We can tailor every detail of your day to your exact needs and requirements allowing you flexibility with suppliers by bringing your own florist, musicians, catering team, decorator, photographer and entertainment to complete the setting. You may further complement such an event with a variety of reception options – just ask our experienced event coordinators to ensure your day is bespoke to you whether it’s a traditional or alternative approach.
The bridal party have the option to get ready on the morning of their wedding at the house, have breakfast and relax with your loved ones. This removes the worries about travel time and traffic, allowing you to get to the ‘alter’ on time! Many brides choose this option which also results in some stunning photo opportunities within the house.
Tullyveery also provides a private powder room for the bridal party within the house throughout the day. Perfect for any little touch ups or for a moment to pinch yourselves and take it all in. Not only do you select your caterer and food options, but you can also choose and provide the wines – with no corkage charge! In fact with no added or hidden extra costs.
